Vishnu Syamlal was born and brought up in Kerala in South India. He began practicing both dance and yoga at a young age and yoga has been an integral part of his life.

He has over the years spent a lot of time in various ashrams in South India.

He is both nationally and internationally certificerad yoga teacher .

Since 2007, Vishnu lives in Sweden and has since been doing yoga courses in Stockholm .

He has also had many very popular workshops around Sweden . Vishnu also has a partnership with a large yoga school in Paris where he teaches regularly.

Yoga shape he teaches is gentle and suitable for everyone, young and old, who already practiced yoga long and beginners.

With the help of yoga , you create an attitude to life that seems in many ways. It makes the body flexible with sustained muscle, affecting digestion and hormone balance , providing a stronger and more sustainable nervous system, balances the left and right hemispheres against each other and improves sleep .
